Accessibility statement
Accessibility of the Trisova platform
This statement covers the Trisova web platform (for staff), the supplier portal, the phone app and the QR pages people reach from site posters.
Using Trisova
We want as many people as possible to be able to use Trisova. You should be able to:
- zoom up to 400% without text spilling off the screen, and use it on a phone
- move around every page with a keyboard alone, starting with a “Skip to main content” link
- use it with a screen reader
- switch to dark mode, and have motion reduced if your device asks for less motion
- report an incident, hazard or observation in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Chinese or Arabic (Arabic reads right to left)
How accessible it is
Trisova is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA, because of the problems listed below.
Known problems
- Some charts show differences mainly by colour. The numbers are shown next to most charts, but not all yet.
- Spreadsheet and PDF exports are not yet fully accessible (for example, PDF reports don't have every heading tagged).
- Screens for managers (outside incident and hazard reporting) aren't fully translated yet: the menu and some screens are, most are still in English.
- Some small buttons, such as removing a tag, are smaller than the recommended 24 by 24 pixels.
- These trust pages, and the AI label, are in English only.
- Text the AI drafts follows the language and structure of what it was asked; a person reviews it before it's used, but it isn't checked separately for plain language.
We plan to fix the first four by the end of the first quarter of 2027, and will update this page as we go.
Tell us about a problem
If something doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, email hello@trisova.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll reply within 5 working days.
If you're a public sector body
Public bodies in the UK must meet the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 for the services they provide. If you use Trisova for your own staff or contractors and need more detail for your statement, contact us and we'll help. The Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the regulations in England, Scotland and Wales; the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland does in Northern Ireland.
How we tested
We last checked the platform on 28 October 2026: automated checks on the main screens (home, supplier pages, incidents, contracts, sourcing, settings and the phone reporting screens) for missing labels, colour contrast, headings and page language, plus checks with a keyboard. It hasn't yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist; we plan to do that before the end of the first quarter of 2027.
